Wills Week – June 2008
Whatley Lane Solicitors took part in the St Nicholas Hospice Wills Week Appeal again this year, following many successful years of participation.
This year saw the Appeal raise £12,000.00 which will be put toward the running of the Hospice in Bury St Edmunds. Solicitors taking part in the scheme prepare Wills for clients free of charge, the clients then make a donation to the Hospice Appeal.
Michael Whatley, principal of Whatley Lane, said “We are delighted to have been involved in supporting such a worthwhile local charity. Wills Week is a reminder of just how important it is for everyone to make their will, it also gives people a chance to benefit a very good cause at the same time.”
